What's the difference between flash and customs?

Flash tattoos- Done more than once. Cheaper, readily available and collectable. My flash will rotate out every season, so get em while you can. 

Custom Tattoos- Pre-Drawn OR specifically for the client however they request, after the deposit is made. Customs are uniquely done only for that client.
